Synopsis:

Requiring providers of continuing care at home services to obtain certificates of registration prior to entering into certain agreements or providing services; specifying the method of applying for certificates of registration; specifying the responsibilities of the Office on Aging in regard to issuing certificates of registration; requiring the Office to adopt certain regulations; etc.
