Assisted Living Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to serve as a point of entry for persons desiring information on assisted living programs; specifying the requirements of the Department under the Act as related to assisted living; repealing certain provisions of law related to domiciliary care homes and related institutions; requiring the Department to adopt certain regulations by October 1, 1997; etc.
