Ethics Law - Financial Disclosure and Lobbyist Reporting - Special Events

Synopsis:

Exempting from financial disclosure attendance at designated events that are reportable by lobbyists; altering the lobbyist reporting requirements with regard to events to which all members of a county or regional delegation of the General Assembly are invited; and providing that presiding officers of the House and Senate are deemed to be ex officio members of standing committees for certain reporting purposes.
