Creating a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for the planning, design, repair, renovation, restoration, and equipping of the Oxon Hill Manor, a historic building located in Prince George's County and used by the surrounding communities for various activities; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
