Synopsis:

Requiring specified persons to request photo identification from individuals if the person has reason to believe that the individual is under the age of 21 years when the individual is attempting to purchase a tobacco product; establishing a specified penalty; prohibiting the sale or dispensing of a tobacco product by means of a vending machine; specifying a specified exception; etc.
