Synopsis:

Providing a civil penalty and fine and increasing the criminal fine for specified election law violations; prohibiting with certain exceptions fund-raising activities by and for Statewide office holders and members of the General Assembly during specified periods; requiring electronic format submission of specified campaign finance reports by specified dates; prohibiting specified fund-raising activities by specified lobbyists for specified campaigns; etc.
