Consumer Protection - Consumer Reporting Agencies - Notification

Synopsis:

Requiring consumer reporting agencies to provide written notice to consumers within 10 days of receipt of information from sellers of goods and services that may adversely affect consumer reports of the consumers; requiring a notice to contain specific information; and prohibiting consumer reporting agencies from using information as part of consumer reports until at least 10 days after providing notice to consumers.
