Requiring the Governor, before issuing specified executive orders, to submit a proposed order to the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review; prohibiting specified executive orders from taking effect earlier than the 15th calendar day after the proposed order is submitted to the Committee; and generally relating to an opportunity for legislative review of proposed executive orders.
