Executive Orders

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor, before issuing specified executive orders to submit a proposed order to the Administrator of the Division of State Documents for publication in the Maryland Register and, on or before the date of submission of the proposed order to the Administrator, to the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review; and prohibiting specified executive orders from taking effect earlier than the 15th calendar day after publication in the Maryland Register.
