Estates and Trusts - Guardian of Property - Minor's Tort Recovery

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to appoint a guardian of the property of a minor on whose behalf a tort recovery is sought or has been obtained if the court determines that the appointment is in the minor's best interest; allowing the tort recovery to be paid directly to a guardian; and providing for the application of the Act.
