Synopsis:

Authorizing, under specified circumstances, licensed physical therapists and licensed physical therapist assistants to personally prepare and dispense specified topical pharmaceutical agents if the therapists or therapist assistants have received written dispensing permits from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and meet other requirements; authorizing licensed physical therapists and licensed physical therapist assistants to apply to the skin specified topical pharmaceutical agents in the course of treating patients; etc.
