Authorizing licensed physical therapists and assistants and licensed chiropractors with physical therapy privileges to apply to the skin specified topical pharmaceutical agents in the course of treating patients; authorizing a distribution permit holder to distribute prescription drugs to a licensed physical therapist or licensed chiropractor with physical therapy privileges under specified circumstances; etc.
