Needle Exchange Program - Repeal of Sunset

Synopsis:

Repealing the termination provision relating to the AIDS Prevention Sterile Needle and Syringe Exchange Pilot Program; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Baltimore City Health Department to report jointly to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 31 of each year on the status of the Program.
