Needle Exchange Program - Repeal of Sunset

Synopsis:

Repealing the termination provision concerning the AIDS Prevention Sterile Needle and Syringe Exchange Pilot Program; and requiring the State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Baltimore City Health Department to jointly report on the status of the program to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 31 of each year.
