Baltimore County - Property Tax Credit - Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, Inc.

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Baltimore County or of a municipal corporation in Baltimore County to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on conservation land owned by the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, Inc. that is used for specified purposes; authorizing the governing body of the County or of a municipal corporation in the County to provide, by law, for specified provisions necessary to carry out the property tax credit authorized by the Act; etc.
