Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to complete its study of the feasibility and appropriateness of modifying its Medicaid Managed Care Program Capitation rate methodology to ensure that costs for graduate medical education are reimbursed appropriately among specified managed care organizations by a specified date and conduct the study in consultation with specified persons; requiring a report to specified committees of the General Assembly by a specified date; etc.
