Domestic Abuse - Duties of Law Enforcement Officers

Synopsis:

Clarifying that when a law enforcement officer is required to accompany an alleged victim of domestic abuse to the family home so that the victim may remove his or her personal effects, and the effects of any child in the care of the complainant, those effects may include specified medicine or medical devices; and authorizing the removal of specified items regardless of who paid for them.
