Synopsis:

Establishing a noncommercial crabbing license; establishing fees; establishing daily catch limits; authorizing the sale of noncommercial crabbing licenses by agents of the Department of Natural Resources; authorizing individuals to catch crabs without a license under certain circumstances; prohibiting the buying and selling of crabs caught noncommercially; designating that fees be deposited in the Fisheries Research and Development Fund; establishing penalties; providing for the termination of the Act after 5 years and 3 months; etc.
