St. Mary's County - Subdivision of Land - Validity of Specified Deeds

Synopsis:

Providing that the validity and effectiveness statutorily granted to specified deeds recorded before June 1, 1974 also apply to specified deeds, creating subdivisions of not more than five lots, that were recorded in St. Mary's County before specified dates; and specifying certain requirements for certain lots or parcels to be qualified for building purposes.
