Motor Vehicles - Multiple Moving Violations - Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess cumulative points on a person who is convicted of multiple moving violations arising out of the same incident; and increasing the penalty for reckless driving by adding a term of imprisonment for up to 2 months.
