Automated Dialing Systems - Availability of Sender

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a sender of a telephone call using specified automated dialing systems from initiating a call unless the sender is on the line and ready to respond to the recipient at the time of the call, subject to specified exceptions; and providing that a violation of the Act is a misdemeanor subject to specified fines.
