Motor Vehicles - Ignition Interlock System

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from restoring a person's privilege to drive under certain circumstances unless a person complies with requirements relating to the use of an ignition interlock system; requiring a court to prohibit a person from operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system under certain circumstances; and prohibiting a person from starting or attempting to start a vehicle equipped with an ingnition interlock system under certain circumstances.
