Motor Vehicles - Ignition Interlock System

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to prohibit a person from operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock system under specified circumstances; requiring a person prohibited from operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock system under the Act to maintain the ignition interlock system for a specified period and subject to specified conditions; and generally relating to motor vehicles and ignition interlock systems.
