Synopsis:

Requiring the State Fire Prevention Commission to adopt regulations for the licensure and regulation of fire sprinkler contractors; authorizing the Commission to require an examination, establish fees, adopt regulations, establish procedures to suspend, revoke, or deny a license, and to identify exemptions; requiring the Fire Marshal to collect fees, keep specified records, pay all moneys collected into the State's General Fund, investigate complaints, and issue contractor's licenses; etc.
