Requiring the State Fire Prevention Commission to adopt regulations
for the licensure and regulation of fire sprinkler contractors;
authorizing the Commission to require an examination, establish fees,
identify exemptions, define specified terms, and establish procedures
to suspend, revoke, or deny a license; requiring the State Fire
Marshal to collect fees, keep specified records, pay all moneys
collected into the State's General Fund, investigate specified
complaints, and issue contractor's licenses; etc.
