Synopsis:

Requiring a person that provides a consumer service to an individual in the State to include in any invoice, bill, or other request for payment an itemized statement of each consumer service for which the individual is charged; and providing that a violation of the Act is an unfair and deceptive trade practice under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
