Boat Excise Tax

Synopsis:

Excluding from the computation of the boat excise tax the value, which may be determined by using a specified publication, of any vessel that is traded in as part of the consideration for the sale; and providing that the Marine Industry Economic Development Task Force continue its deliberations, study additional specified issues, and submit a specified report by December 1, 1997.
