Synopsis:

Establishing the Multistate Industrial Retention Commission in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulations; providing for the appointment of a commissioner from this State; providing for the powers and duties of the Commission; providing that the Commission will assist certain states to make certain determinations; requiring the Commission to investigate certain terminations or transfers of employment; authorizing the Commission to make determinations regarding detrimental relocation; etc.
