Property Tax Exemption - Harford Land Trust
Providing a State property tax exemption for property owned by the
Harford Land Trust and used to assist in the preservation of a wild
nature area, to establish a nature reserve or other protected area,
for environmental education of the public, or generally to promote
conservation; and providing for the Act to be applicable to all
taxable years beginning after June 30, 1997.
