Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Active Coalition for Transitional Services, Inc.

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $65,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Active Coalition for Transitional Services, Inc. (ACTS, Inc.) for lead abatement at two buildings in Towson at 36 and 48 East Burke Avenue, for the removal and legal disposal of materials that contain lead paint, the replacement of the materials with lead free substances, the encapsulation of parts of the buildings not removed, and the repair of the buildings necessitated by the lead abatement procedures.
