Synopsis:

Expanding specified provisions that apply to urban highways to make them applicable to highways located within the boundaries of a municipal corporation; expanding specified provisions relating to the construction, reconstruction, and funding of sidewalks to make them applicable to bicycle pathways; providing an exception related to funding by the State Highway Administration for the reconstruction of sidewalks and bicycle pathways under specified circumstances; etc.
