Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to pay a disproportionate share payment to specified nursing facilities; providing for the amount of the disproportionate share payment; providing for an exception under specified circumstances; establishing a restriction on the appropriation of specified funds unless a specified amount of the funds is targeted for a specified purpose; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
