Toxics Safety Information Act

Synopsis:

Requiring specified toxics users to provide certain information to the Department of the Environment concerning the manufacture, processing, and other use of toxic and hazardous substances under specified circumstances; expressing the findings and declarations of the General Assembly of Maryland concerning the presence and effect of toxic and hazardous substances in Maryland; requiring the Department to establish and maintain a toxic or hazardous substance list containing specified information; etc.
