Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission to study a program of loan assistance repayment for graduates of Maryland colleges and universities in the areas of computer information science and engineering who agree to work for Maryland companies; providing for the membership of the Commission; requiring the Commission to submit a report by December 15, 1997 to the Governor and the General Assembly.
