Task Force on Health Care Regulatory Reform

Synopsis:

Creating the Task Force on Health Care Regulatory Reform; providing that it is the duty of the Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations on certain health care regulatory processes and to review various agencies; providing for the membership of the Task Force; specifying recommendations that the Task Force is required to make; providing that the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene shall hire consultants, based on certain criteria developed by the Task Force, to perform specified tasks; etc.
