Creation of a State Debt - Federation of Hispanic Organizations of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Inc.

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Hispanic Organizations of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, repair, renovation, and capital equipping of a building leased by the Federation, the building to be used for the expansion of the services of the Federation; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
