Education - Maryland After-School Opportunity Act

Synopsis:

Providing for the Maryland After-School Opportunity Act; creating the Maryland After-School Opportunity Fund Program and the Maryland After-School Opportunity Fund in the Program; requiring the Governor to include a specified amount in the fiscal year 2001 State budget for the Fund; establishing an Advisory Board in the Program and an Executive Committee of the Board; requiring the Department of Human Resources to administer the Fund as directed by the Executive Committee; etc.
