Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for certification as a security guard to be of good moral character and reputation; establishing a renewal process for certifications of security guards; authorizing the Secretary of the State Police to refuse to renew certifications under certain circumstances and to take certain disciplinary action if an applicant or individual pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is convicted of certain crimes; etc.
