Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual from providing specified pilotage without a special duty license or a specified other license and special duty assignment certification; including a special duty license within a list of licenses issued to pilots in this State; specifying the qualifications for acquisition of a special duty license; exempting an applicant for a special duty license from specified qualifications applicable to the acquisition of specified other licenses; etc.
