Altering the membership of the Information Technology Board; altering the powers and duties of the Board to include studying existing and emerging Internet and information technology and developing standards and making recommendations concerning Internet-based commerce, Internet user privacy, Internet-based crime, and the use of the Internet in the health care industry; etc.
