Motor Vehicle Administration - New Drivers - Identifying Markers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide a person issued a provisional license an identifying marker that can be affixed to a motor vehicle; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to design the identifying marker; and requiring that the identifying marker alert drivers that the person driving the motor vehicle with an identifying marker is a new driver.
