dangerous substance offenses and offenses related to destructive
devices to a list of offenses required to be reported to the local
superintendent of schools by the arresting law enforcement agency;
prohibiting threats of bodily harm to certain employees at home and to
certain individuals on school vehicles, at school-sponsored activities
held off school property, or on property owned by a county board of
education and used for certain purposes; etc.
