School Safety Act of 1999

Synopsis:

Adding arrests of public school students for certain controlled dangerous substance offenses and offenses related to destructive devices to a list of offenses that are required to be reported to the local superintendent of schools by the arresting law enforcement agency; prohibiting threats of bodily harm to certain individuals on school vehicles, at school-sponsored activities held off school property, or on property owned by a county board of education and used for certain purposes; etc.
