Orphans' Court Judges - Real Estate Licenses

Synopsis:

Prohibiting any orphans' court judge during the judge's term of office who is licensed as a real estate broker, an associate real estate broker, or a real estate salesperson from maintaining the license as an active license; and authorizing an orphans' court judge during the judge's term of office to place certain licenses on inactive status.
