Synopsis:

Altering the treatment of campaign contributions that are made by an individual, association, unincorporated association, corporation partnership, limited liability company, real estate investment trust, or other entity; and attributing the campaign contributions of these entities to a single contributor for purposes of determining the maximum amount of the contributions that such associated entities may make.
