Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretaries of specified departments in the Executive Branch of State government to review the salaries of social worker, social work associate, and related supervisory positions in the Departments of Health and Mental Hygiene, Juvenile Justice, and Public Safety and Correctional Services and to recommend specified salary levels for the positions on or before October 1, 1999; and requiring the plan to include a phase-in of appropriate salary adjustments.
