Consumer Protection - Retail Sales - Acceptance of Valid Manufacturer's Coupon

Synopsis:

Requiring a retailer to accept for full face value a valid manufacturer's coupon presented by a consumer for a retail sale in the State; clarifying that the Act only applies to the retail portion of a retailer's business if the retailer also makes nonretail sales; defining the terms "retailer", "retail sale", and "valid manufacturer's coupon"; etc.
