Health Insurance Carriers - Termination of Providers - Notification and Appeal

Synopsis:

Requiring a carrier to provide notice to a participating provider of the reason for the provider's termination from the carrier's provider panel along with a notice of termination; altering the internal review and grievance process of a carrier; etc.
