Inheritance Tax - Credit for Long-Term Care Insurance Premiums
Allowing a credit against the inheritance tax for premiums paid by a
decedent or the decedent's heirs during the last 10 years of the
decedent's life for long-term care insurance coverage for the
decedent; allowing a maximum credit of $1,000; providing for
apportionment of the credit among persons receiving property that
passes from a decedent; and applying the Act to decedents dying on or
after July 1, 1999.
