Synopsis:

Reducing to 60 miles an hour the maximum speed limit that applies to specified trucks being driven on a highway with a speed limit of 65 miles an hour; and requiring the State Highway Administration to post signs at specified locations indicating the speed limit applicable to trucks when the generally applicable speed limit is 65 miles an hour.
